Alan A. Shamah

Is an Investment Manager/Managing Partner of Shamah Properties LLC, and a Managing Partner of Shamco Management, specializing in the acquisition of multi-family assets, securing privately placed funds as well as overseeing the complete investment financials. His real estate experience and exposure began in 1980 as his father, Joseph Shamah, began purchasing multi-family properties. Alan’s role was in the syndicating and acquisition efforts of the properties purchased. During the last several years, Alan has been directly involved in the day- to-day property management of all of the Shamah Property investments. He has served as Vice President of Hillel Yeshiva in Ocean Township, NJ and is a graduate of Boston University Business School with a major in Accounting.


Carl S. Zekaria

Is an Investment Manager/Managing Partner of Shamah Properties LLC. His responsibilities include searching for attractive value-add properties that are of worthy investment quality, as well as securing privately placed funds. He is also involved in direct property oversight and repositioning, managing expense control and liaison with Shamco Management Company. His background includes experience in construction and property development, retail real estate, and multi-family property management. Carl graduated New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance and Accounting.


Edward R. Setton

Eddie Setton is an administrative director/managing partner at Shamah Properties LLC and its in-house management company, Shamco Management, that currently owns and manages over 1,500 rental units in Brooklyn, New York City and the New York metropolitan area.

Setton represents the third generation of this real estate company, founded by his grandfather, Joseph Shamah in 1980. Today Setton runs the company with his uncle CEO Alan Shamah and Managing Partner Carl Zekaria.

Setton specializes in multi-family property management, leasing and investments. He has negotiated with lending institutions in placing approximately $150 million in debt proceeds for Shamco managed properties as well cultivated partnership relationships with multiple key suppliers, vendors and service businesses in order to maximize investment returns for the properties. Some of Setton’s notable achievements include sourcing new investments for Shamah Properties as well as securing private equity. Eddie graduated Brooklyn College with a major BS in Business & Finance.
